Learning Support Coach

The primary responsibility of the Learning Support Coach is to provide job-embedded professional learning experiences for all staff members across content areas. He/she works with teachers to determine needs connected to our school improvement goals. Teachers meet with the LSC before, during, and after their day to plan instruction, receive feedback for reflective purposes, and collaborate with their colleagues in regards to best practices in instruction. The Learning Support Coach supports teachers in implementing instructional strategies that can be used in multiple settings to increase student achievement.
